Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for services provided by Yottabyte Studio (https://yottabyte.studio).

1. General Terms

1.1. By purchasing our services, the Client agrees to the terms of this Refund Policy.
1.2. All services provided by Yottabyte Studio are custom-made digital solutions, which limits the possibility of refunds.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

2.1. A refund may be requested within 7 calendar days of payment, provided that the service has not yet commenced or valid claims are presented.
2.2. If work has already begun, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of the Studio, with deductions for services already rendered.
2.3. The advance payment (50% of the project cost) is non-refundable, unless there is a serious breach of agreement by the Studio.

3. Refund Procedure

3.1. To request a refund, send an email to office@yottabyte.studio with the subject "Refund Request" and include:

  • Invoice number,
  • Payment date,
  • Reason for the request.

3.2. A response will be provided within 5 business days.
3.3. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days.

4. Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The service has already been fully rendered.
  • The Client cancels the project without valid justification after work has begun.
  • The Client violates the terms of the public offer.
